We do accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Personal Checks. Please understand that if your checks are returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you a $30 fee. Also, if paying via check or money order, keep in mind that we do need to wait until your payment has cleared before we will process your order.
Most orders ship within 2 weeks of placement. If your order is a specialty order in regards to fabrics, there might be an additional wait time. You will receive notice after placing your order if there will be a delay due to materials procurement. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority unless you indicate otherwise.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.
If you have defected merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If you have missing or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Before returning an item to us, you must contact us as you will need a Return Authorization Number. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned at the expense of the purchaser. Seasonal and personalized merchandise is not returnable unless a mistake in personalizing the article was made on our part.
